Butter

In 2010 the company invested in a traditional butter churn to make authentic Salted Welsh butter which has a higher salt content than butter from other regions. We supply this butter as bulk, in retail own label packs for some of the supermarket chains, but mainly we sell it under the growing Welsh Dragon range. The quality of a finished product is very much dependent upon the quality of the raw ingredient. Our milk has been consistently recognised as higher quality than the national average, which has been proved time and again with our many awards.
