We have a long tradition of making cheese and have been doing so since 1959. We now produce around 6,500 tonnes of cheese each year which uses over 65 million litres of milk!
We're still very much traditionalists, hand salting the cheese on open tables. Not only does this produce an exceptional product, but enables us to have much greater flexibility than some of the modern creameries around the world.

We have an extensive Cheese Range. There's mild to vintage Cheddar, Double Gloucester, Red Leicester and Wales' best known territorial cheese, Welsh Caerphilly. We also product Monterey Jack using an authentic recipe from the United States. Our entire cheese collection is listed here .

We produce both branded and own label cheese and have contracts to supply several of the major supermarkets with their own label cheese. Our traditional cheese-making methods coupled with our locally sourced milk make our range both unique and of superior quality.
